After a weather-induced hiatus that began in the winter of 2012, we’re thrilled to announce that principal photography for The Unfathomable Mr. Jones will resume in late August to early September of 2013. London’s unpredictable climate often poses challenges for independent filmmakers, necessitating careful planning to ensure optimal shooting conditions.

During the production pause, our team has been diligently working on editing the footage captured in the initial stages. This process has been invaluable in shaping the film’s narrative, identifying strengths, and pinpointing areas for improvement. We’re excited to incorporate these insights into the upcoming shoot, which will include some complex scenes requiring green screen technology and extensive post-production work. All filming will take place at ISSA, 3Mills Studios.

We anticipate wrapping principal photography around mid-September, followed by a concentrated post-production period through December 2013. Color grading, sound mixing, and final touches will bring us to our target release date of February 2014.

The Unfathomable Mr. Jones is an over-the-top comedy that follows the outrageous adventures of Parka De Large, a larger-than-life thief, as she clashes with the inept but endearing police duo, Jenkins and Lewis. Prepare for a wild ride filled with laughter, unexpected twists, and a dash of the mysterious as Parka’s pursuit of the enigmatic Mr. Jones unfolds.
